Anna has established her own way of doing Shiatsu by combining the Zen approach of hara and meridian diagnosis with the principles of Chinese Medicine. Anna aims to help her clients feel relaxed and rejuvenated with visible results after just 1 session.

Really positive first experience here. I booked a massage ide to bad lower back pain. My therapist listened to talk about the issue and then analysed my range of movement before starting the massage. She made me feel very at ease and advised me of a treatment programme.

Jess was super friendly and helped to relieve the pain from a trapped nerve in my shoulder that I'd had for over a year. Will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family as I've felt a huge difference from my first deep tissue massage!
