Balanced Lifestyle is an urban escape to fitness in southern Edinburgh, situated at the luxury Liberton Golf Club. Our mission is to contributeto restoring health, energy and wellness at all levels, with an emphasis on therapeutic and holistic massages.
They are located in the beautiful manor house of Kingston Grange in an old Georgian historic building, 10 minutes ' drive away from central Edinburgh. The wonderfully modern, shared practise area and somatic studio in the first floor of the Liberton Golf Club are a hidden secret haven.

Really positive first experience here. I booked a massage ide to bad lower back pain. My therapist listened to talk about the issue and then analysed my range of movement before starting the massage. She made me feel very at ease and advised me of a treatment programme.

Jess was super friendly and helped to relieve the pain from a trapped nerve in my shoulder that I'd had for over a year. Will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family as I've felt a huge difference from my first deep tissue massage!
