Baliga Ayurveda is a massage and Ayurvedic medicine centre that provides a range of treatments to improve clients wellbeing including reducing pain levels, providing advice and plans on diet and lifestyle changes and offers a specialised detox therapy.
Dr Baliga has a degree of Neuropharmacology and has experienced time in India researching Ayurveda treatments and incorporating them into his business, creating a selection of outstanding treatments that can be tailored to each individual’s needs to achieve the best possible results over a period of time. From anxiety to various pain levels, Dr Baliga believes Ayrvedic medicine is successful in treating various ailments. After a consultation, clients are provided with plans including massages and diet change to improve your condition.
Each treatment is personalised for each client as everyone has their own journey to health and the Dr aims to create peace and harmony within your body and mind to help clients feel relaxed and even in some cases pain free.
Located in Spitalfields, London, Baliga Ayurveda is inside Universal House, only a 5 minute walk away from Aldgate East Underground station. The reception area of Universal House is closed after 6pm and all day weekends so clients must call once they arrive to be let in for a treatment. Please note that only Dr Baliga, a male Ayurvedic Doctor provides the treatments and massages.

Really positive first experience here. I booked a massage ide to bad lower back pain. My therapist listened to talk about the issue and then analysed my range of movement before starting the massage. She made me feel very at ease and advised me of a treatment programme.

Jess was super friendly and helped to relieve the pain from a trapped nerve in my shoulder that I'd had for over a year. Will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family as I've felt a huge difference from my first deep tissue massage!
