Blue Frog Therapies is located in Gillygate, York, where Ben dedicates his creative treatments to focus on the whole body.
Ben is a qualified therapeutic massage therapist and is a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists. He studied hot stone therapy in New Zealand where he also practiced Chi Kung and trained in ‘rejuvenation’ therapy, so you are definitely in safe hands.
Ben creates personalised and unique treatments for each client that works the body to release tension and stress, and balances and relaxes the mind. There is an extremely warm and welcoming atmosphere with the use of infused and essential oils to soothe clients. Treatments include Holistic Therapy, a range of powerful massage therapies and facials.
If you don’t know what you want or need, Ben will spend time with you to discuss choices and will ensure to offer you the service that is perfect for you.

Really positive first experience here. I booked a massage ide to bad lower back pain. My therapist listened to talk about the issue and then analysed my range of movement before starting the massage. She made me feel very at ease and advised me of a treatment programme.

Jess was super friendly and helped to relieve the pain from a trapped nerve in my shoulder that I'd had for over a year. Will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family as I've felt a huge difference from my first deep tissue massage!
