The Refine Health studio is a holistic massage venue open 7 days a week till late located in Caversham, Reading, owned by a fully qualified and highly skilled Chinese masseuse.
There are many Chinese massages on offer, from a mini massage and a traditional Chinese deep tissue massage to a full body relaxing massage and Zhi is an exceptionally creative masseuse who can tailor any of the treatments to each client’s individual needs. Chinese massage is known to be excellent for clients’ wellbeing inside and out and is sure to leave you feeling refreshed and recharged!
The calming atmosphere is created with relaxing music and the use of essential oils, candles and low lighting, and clients are offered an outstanding massage that completely relaxes you and lets the stress fade away. The service is highly sought after with fantastic feedback and regular customers.

Really positive first experience here. I booked a massage ide to bad lower back pain. My therapist listened to talk about the issue and then analysed my range of movement before starting the massage. She made me feel very at ease and advised me of a treatment programme.

Jess was super friendly and helped to relieve the pain from a trapped nerve in my shoulder that I'd had for over a year. Will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family as I've felt a huge difference from my first deep tissue massage!
