We combine Swedish deep tissue massage with a triggerpointmassage which is an excellent treatment for curing the deep layer of tissue. In order to accelerate the repairs of soft tissues we have expanded our massage expertise byachievingqualifications for sports massage at level3, therapeutic massage and ultrasound or Laser class IV therapy.

Really positive first experience here. I booked a massage ide to bad lower back pain. My therapist listened to talk about the issue and then analysed my range of movement before starting the massage. She made me feel very at ease and advised me of a treatment programme.

Jess was super friendly and helped to relieve the pain from a trapped nerve in my shoulder that I'd had for over a year. Will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family as I've felt a huge difference from my first deep tissue massage!
