I deliver Thai Yoga Massage therapy, private yoga lessons, couples and family classes, as well as lifestyle tips to help people become aware of their own bodies ' miraculous healing possibilities. I provide all services with care and compassion with a committed and gentle approach. My relaxing treatment room is located in the beauty salon of Zonia and Delia on Preston Road, and I also offer a customer-friendly mobile massage and yoga sessions.

Really positive first experience here. I booked a massage ide to bad lower back pain. My therapist listened to talk about the issue and then analysed my range of movement before starting the massage. She made me feel very at ease and advised me of a treatment programme.

Jess was super friendly and helped to relieve the pain from a trapped nerve in my shoulder that I'd had for over a year. Will most definitely return and recommend to friends and family as I've felt a huge difference from my first deep tissue massage!
